Placing an Order
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Your credit/debit card/paypal account will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund you as soon as possible and no later than within 15 days of the transaction being made. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
All orders are processed on the day they are received subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to your address from the day you have placed your order. We send all parcels by Royal Mail. Please note that your signature may be required for some larger deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Our products are handmade, and while every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate, some variations may occur.
We offer a full refund or exchange for unused / unworn items with original tags on / in original packaging returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee an exchange or refund for any items sent to us over this 14 day period. You must contact us by email at to inform us that you wish to return the item.
We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 30 days. Please note that for all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that products made to order cannot be refunded.
Payment & Taxes
We accept payment through Paypal and credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are handled securely by Paypal and Stripe and if you set up an account with Paypal your payments will be taken directly from your bank account without the need to enter card details. If you are required to enter card details in order to complete your transaction, we will not store your details. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT charges where applicable.
Privacy and Security
Petite Albion, PayPal and Stripe are committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. When you place an order with us you will be asked to set up a TchuTcha account (contact details only).We retain this information for each of your purchases. This information will not be shared or sold but at times we will authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in this website and its content (including without limitation the website design, logo, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to us or otherwise used by us as permitted by law. In accessing you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal use.
